Taking it one step further in 2026
Es el espacio que acoge a productores ecológicos y de proximidad. Aquí se realizan numerosas actividades alrededor de la gastronomía sostenible, protagonizadas por chefs de renombre. Con la colaboración de Fundación Restaurantes Sostenibles.
Espacio impulsado por las diputaciones de Barcelona, Girona y Lleida junto con Prodeca, que pone en valor a los productores agroalimentarios catalanes.
El espacio en el que, con el compromiso de difundir el conocimiento en gastronomía, Makro ofrece sesiones de cocina en directo sobre las últimas tendencias gastronómicas.
Sesiones de cocina en directo con degustación final de los platos que se elaboran, que permiten interactuar con los chefs participantes.
Espacio de actividades del sector de la panadería, la pastelería y la pizza donde se llevarán a cabo demostraciones en directo y concursos.
Espacio de reflexión y debate a través de mesas redondas y conferencias en el que se tratan bloques temáticos en tendencia protagonizados por grandes expertos.
