Student groups visit
WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
Gastronomic Forum Barcelona offers schools and/or universities in the sector the opportunity to visit the show with groups of students.
DATES
Groups will be allowed to visit the show by choosing a single day between:
-Tuesday 5th November 2024 (from 3 to 7 p.m.)
-Wednesday 6th November 2024 (from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
Requests for both days will not be accepted.
PRICE
-Tuesday November 5th: 7€ per person.
-Wednesday November 6th: 10€ per person.
Reserved exclusively for groups of students and teachers:
Nº OF STUDENTS
-Tuesday November 5th: Maximum 40 students per school/university.
-Wednesday November 6th: Maximum 100 students per school/university.
Limited places.
Nº OF TEACHERS
Minimum 1, maximum 3.
Remember that in order to complete the form it is necessary to know the number of students and teachers who will attend as well as the specific day of the visit.
REQUIREMENTS
Groups of students must meet the following conditions without exception:
- The school must have studies related to the restaurant and hospitality sector.
- Students must be over the age of 18 and accompanied by a minimum of one teacher per group and a maximum of 3.
- Gastronomic Forum Barcelona reserves the right to accept the group according to the established criteria, the number of students per group / school and to cancel those registrations that are incomplete.
- The organization reserves the right to set a maximum per day of visits to schools in the sector, with the aim of providing exhibiting companies with the maximum number of professional visits.
- Student registrations through online pre-registration will not be considered valid as they are exclusively reserved for the purchase of professional tickets.
- The school commits to participating in the scheduled activities at the fair. Schools attending on Tuesday, November 5, must participate in at least one activity, while those attending on Wednesday, November 6, must participate in a minimum of three activities.
CHECK THE CONDITIONS FOR THE VISITING SCHOOLS BEFORE VISITING THE FAIR
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The limit of schools to visit the fair on Wednesday 06/11 has been reached. At this time, the organization will not accept more registrations for that day. However, the school may select Wednesday 06/11 to attend the fair, but it will be added to a WAITING LIST, and ATTENDANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED at any time. We recommend selecting Tuesday 05/11 as the day to attend the fair.
Registration
The application for school visits ends on September 20th, 2024.
From then on, applications will be evaluated in strict order of registration, up to the fee per day of students established by the organization.
