Talent Z Takes the Floor. Leaders of the Gastronomy of Tomorrow

Talent Z brings together professionals from a new generation to discuss the changes transforming gastronomy. The programme addresses digitalisation and the relationship with social media and the online world; new business and management models, internal organisation, human resources, training, sustainability and the relationship between values and profitability; and, finally, issues such as burnout, violence and mistreatment, mental health, education and training, and social commitment. Three sessions to explore the concerns and values of this generation.
