Guillaume Bergerot

Biography

Originally from France and based in Madrid, Guillaume Bergerot decided to change his professional career, which until then had been linked to the plastics industry, to devote himself to charcuterie. He began his professional retraining with training at CEPROC in Paris, a school specialising in the French charcuterie trade.
In Madrid, he founded LaCharcuterie, a project dedicated to French charcuterie and the artisanal production of products such as pâté en croûte and rillettes. From his own workshop, he works to preserve the craft and tradition of French charcuterie.
