Born in Houston and based in Barcelona since 1992, Annette Abstoss is a chef and gastronomic consultant specialising in produce. She is the driving force behind Abstoss World Gastronomy, where she advises chefs, brands and gastronomic projects. Passionate about ingredients and discovering new connections, she has made gastronomy a bridge between cultures, people and opportunities.
