    III Science & Cooking World Congress 2022

    This edition of the Science & Cooking World Congress 2022 focused on Ingredients, Tradition and Innovation. The international congress, organized by the University of Barcelona, aimed to explore the enormous potential of Scientific Gastronomy.

    FOODTURE

    The Food Design, Food Tech, Social Food and Sustainability Innovation Summit born in Barcelona and co-organized by Barcelona Centre de Disseny and Plat Institute.

    Emerging award

    With the award Gastronomic Forum Barcelona 2022 Cooker we recognized emerging chefs who use local products, value organic production and disseminate their work.

    Recognition of the trajectory

    The Josep Mercader awards recognized the professional careers of chefs, winemakers, restaurant managers, producers and disseminators of Catalan culinary culture.

    Innovation awards

    The InnoForum awards recognized innovation in gastronomy. There were four categories: most innovative product, most sustainable product, most creative packaging and most original flavor.
