Pep Palau | Gastronomic Forum Barcelona

Biography

Gastronomer and Content Director of Gastronomic Forum Barcelona and Galicia Gastronomic Forum. He founded the Fòrum Gastronòmic in Vic in 1999 and has driven initiatives related to cooking, producers and produce, including the Fira Orígens in Olot, Concurs de Formatges Artesans del Pirineu and the Fira Arrels in Menorca. He has given classes and lectures, published books and articles on cooking, and contributed to different media outlets. For twelve years, he advised Turisme de Catalunya on the creation of gastronomic tourism products and the international promotion of Catalan cuisine.
