Biography
Marianna Suárez d’Alessandro is one of the maîtres at El Celler de Can Roca, where she has developed her professional career since 2009. Trained at the Escola d’Hostaleria i Turisme de Girona, she completed her internship at the restaurant and subsequently joined the front-of-house team as a waitress. Since 2016, she has been part of the restaurant's group of maîtres, contributing to the coordination and cohesion of the front-of-house team.Her work is connected to an understanding of hospitality in which service and cooking form part of the same project. At El Celler, front-of-house plays a fundamental role in the relationship with the diner and in shaping the overall gastronomic offering. Her career has also been linked to coffee and to initiatives connected with produce and gastronomy.
El Celler de Can Roca, run by brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, currently holds three Michelin stars.
