Biography
Born in Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer, he began his career as a pastry professional at 17. After training at Espai Sucre an Hofmann, he leads El Carme Pastisseria. In 2022 he wins the World Chocolate Masters and becomes the best chocolatier in the world.Sessions
