Biography

A Korean-Argentinian chef raised in the United States, she studied for a Higher Technical Degree in Gastronomy at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía. She opened Na Num, a Latin American Korean cuisine restaurant in Buenos Aires, which she ran for five years and which was included in the 2024 Michelin Guide. In 2025, she relocated the restaurant to Madrid, where it is now situated in the heart of Chueca. More recently, she opened Fatale Korean Bar in La Latina, exploring a more informal and outgoing approach.
