Biography

Laura Martín (missohlaura). Food communicator and culinary content creator. Trained at the Hofmann School and supported by a well-established social media community, she has been a culinary contributor to the Spanish National Radio programme Las tardes de RNE since 2023. In this role, she explores culinary traditions and emerging industry trends while sharing recipes and fascinating insights. Her work stands out for bringing traditional cuisine closer to today’s audiences in an engaging, fresh and approachable way.
