Biography
Laura Dorado is part of the BAYA Talent team, a consultancy specialising in talent and people management within the gastronomy and hospitality sectors. She currently works as Project Manager of Talent and HR, where she takes part in projects related to recruitment, organisation and team development.Her work is connected to one of the main challenges currently facing the restaurant industry: attracting, recruiting and retaining professionals and creating working structures that allow teams to grow. At BAYA, she is involved in recruitment and professional support processes, as well as projects aimed at improving people management and the way organisations operate.
Dorado also has a training role focused on human resources and talent management in gastronomy. She has taught on specialised programmes in gastronomic management and innovation, addressing issues related to team building, professional development and people management. Her work therefore sits at the intersection of gastronomy, human resources and talent development.
