Biography
Head chef and owner of Era de los Nogales and Catering y Eventos del Pirineo. With 30 years of experience, born in Jaca, I studied at the Huesca hospitality school, graduating at the top of my class. My mother is a chef, and I am competitive and have won numerous competitions, including Best Chef in Aragon for two years, Best Chef in Spain 2018, winner of the Jaén Olive Oil Competition 2016, Chef of the Year in Spain 2024-2025, captain of the Spanish national culinary team, participating in two world championships and one Olympics, winning two bronze medals in the latter, and in 2024 we achieved our first Repsol Sun and our first Michelin star. I like to cook in a fun way, respecting the traditions my mother taught me, but in a very visual way and giving desserts a prominent role.Sessions
