    Biography

    Silvia Muller is Development and Partnerships Director at The Self-Investigation, a non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting healthier and more sustainable working environments. She leads the organisation’s business development strategy, following several years of experience in high-growth technology start-ups and leading a number of entrepreneurial projects related to mental health in the workplace. 
    She holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and specialised in Strategic Management at Rotterdam School of Management. Muller has focused her career on developing commercial strategies for social impact projects. She is also a certified Transformative Coach and a certified yoga teacher, reflecting her commitment to wellbeing in high-pressure professional environments. 
    At The Self-Investigation, she works on the development of projects and partnerships related to transforming workplace culture and preventing burnout. Her profile provides an insight into the relationship between leadership, mental health and ways of working, combining business strategy, entrepreneurship and social impact.
