Rosaline Hester

Biography

Rosaline Hester is a consultant, trainer and mentor at The Self-Investigation, a foundation dedicated to promoting healthier and more sustainable working environments. She works with leaders and teams across Europe and the Americas, helping them experience change as a choice that expands what is possible.
She brings two decades at the intersection of insights, strategy and culture. At The Coca-Cola Company she was Global Senior Director of Human Insights and of Change Leadership, and led a global program that reached more than 9,000 people as part of its Marketing Transformation. She was Chief Strategy Officer at Publicis, has mentored more than 200 leaders and has lived in five countries across three continents.
For her, the human dimension is not the "soft" part of change: it is where change succeeds or fails.
