Biography
Chef, founder of the CIB Culinary Institute of Barcelona, contributor to Catalunya Ràdio Suplement programme, director and presenter of Catalunya Ràdio La Fonda programme. After spending 13 years at Celler de Can Roca and writing 25 cookbooks, he embarked on a career as a consultant for restaurants and food companies, while also working in gastronomic communication. His concern for the defence and promotion of local products, farmers, the region and Catalan culinary heritage led him to launch his latest project, the Guia Augusta.
