Oriol celebrates the 25th anniversary of his restaurant, a pioneer in the rural cuisine movement that promotes local and seasonal cooking. He makes traditional cured meats (his family has always done their own slaughtering: his sobrasada, pâtés, rillettes and pâtés en croûte are now iconic items on the menu.
