Biography

Marc Ribas runs Ciri Restaurant in Terrassa, where he offers a modern take on traditional cuisine and is a regular contributor to media outlets such as Cuines, Joc de cartes, and Cuina com puguis on 3Cat. He is dedicated to promoting Catalan cuisine through various projects, both his own and those of others.

At the end of the session, there will be a tasting of the dishes prepared.
