Biography
He is the gastronomic director of the Annua group in Menorca and chef at Aquiara. Winner of the San Pelegrino Best Young Chef Spain Portugal award and nominee for Chef Revelation 2026 at Madrid Fusión, this 26-year-old chef cooks Menorca in Menorca with his team and respects all local producers.
