Biography

Jorge C. Juárez Ayuso is Director of Institutional Relations at Loomis Pay Spain and has extensive experience in technology and digitalisation within the hospitality and restaurant industry.
In 1995, he founded SIGHORE, a pioneering company in the development and implementation of digital solutions for the hospitality sector, which became part of Loomis Pay in 2025.
Today, as Head of Institutional Relations at Loomis Pay in Spain, he brings a perspective shaped by three decades of technological evolution in the industry, from the earliest digitalisation processes to today’s solutions designed to improve management, payments and the overall experience in restaurant and hospitality establishments.
