Inés Miró

Inés Miró-Sans, born in Barcelona in 1984, is the co-founder of Casa Bonay, one of the city’s most distinctive hotels. Graduated from ESADE with a specialization in Marketing, she worked at hotels such as Hotel OMM, Eurostars, and Ace Hotel New York, gaining experience in operations, strategy, and marketing. In 2014, she returned to Barcelona to create Casa Bonay, an independent hotel blending design, culture, and gastronomy. In her talk, “The new model of urban hotel: community, culture, and gastronomy as a form of hospitality,” Inés will share her vision on reinventing urban hotels by putting guests and the community at the heart of the experience.
