Eric Ortuño

Biography

Eric Ortuño, a pastry chef from Barcelona, was head of studies at Hofmann until 2018. In 2019, he founded L'Atelier Barcelona with Ximena Pastor. Winner of awards for Best Croissant in Spain, his bakery is a member of the prestigious Relais Dessert.
