Carlota, who follows in her sister Martina's footsteps in the kitchen, graduated in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences at CETT and gained experience in three-starred restaurants such as Azurmendi, Celler de Can Roca and Mirazur. She is currently in charge of desserts at the family restaurant.
