It is an ideal solution for chefs and restaurateurs, as it comes ready to use: just heat it up and add your desired finishing touches. Practical, high-quality, handmade product designed to make serving easier without compromising the traditional flavour of pig's trotters.

    EL SOLER DE N’HUG - Hansifarra (Stand B21)

    A meeting point between botifarra sausage and Frankfurt, coloured like the Soler de n’Hug farmhouse with a hint of spice. Created by chef Maria Nicolau in collaboration with Soler de n’Hug, in honour of Barça coach Hansi Flick.

    LACROKET - Lobster Casserole Croquette (Stand B54)

    This delicious creation is the result of a collaboration between Croket and Menorcan chef Bárbara Lluch. We have reinvented the traditional Menorcan lobster stew as a croquette, so you can enjoy all the flavour of the sea anytime: creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It's a unique experience that will move you to the Menorcan coast!

    CASA AMELLA - Beetroot Cream Bowl with Sea Water (Stand A80)

    Sustainable, takeaway single-serving bowl of beetroot cream soup, designed to be enjoyed wherever you like. Made with 100% organic ingredients, fresh local vegetables and extra virgin olive oil. It is certified gluten-free and suitable for those with food intolerances.

    CASA AMELLA - Aquafaba Bio (Stand A80)

    This plant-based egg white substitute is extracted from the cooking water of chickpeas. Thanks to its emulsifying properties, it produces a foamy result when whipped, forming stiff peaks in just 3 minutes. It is primarily used in baking and for making cocktails.

    CASA AMELLA - Certified Organic Pardines Lentils Gluten Free (Stand A80)

    These are the first certified gluten-free cooked lentils in Spain and they are locally sourced. We steam them using only organic lentils, cooking water and sea salt. No additives or preservatives.

    ANEM A MENJAR, HULALA - Professional Dessert Tiramisú (Stand B237)

    Ready-to-use UHT liquid mix, ideal for making authentic Italian tiramisu. Made with cream, milk and mascarpone from Europe, it offers a rich, creamy texture with a delicate vanilla flavour.     ANEM A MENJAR, LA MOLISANA - Spaghetti with Lupini (Stand B237)

    SANGRIA REPUBLIC - Sangria Republic Pink Grapefruit, Juniper and Tonic (Stand B10)

    Sparkling white sangria with pink grapefruit, juniper and tonic water. A refreshing alternative with bitterness, compliant with European sangria regulations. Spritz style, 5% alcohol, vegan, gluten-free and no added sugar. A rebovation of our most international and renowned drink.

    BICO DE XEADO - "Biquiños" (Stand B16)

    "Biquiños" is an original format of individual ice cream in reusable ceramic packaging, designed to offer a complete, sustainable, and high-quality experience. The product combines six unique flavours: three classics—chocolate, lactose-free strawberry, and hazelnut with no added sugar—and three gourmet options—cheesecake, rice pudding, and coffee—making a complete dessert.

    CUINATS JOTRI - Escudella and potted meat with meatballs (Stand B225)

    A traditional escudella and stew adapted to today's rythm. We present a new way to enjoy escudella and stew: just add water and heat it up for 3 minutes in the microwave. To make it even more practical and appealing, we have transformed its classic ingredients – potato, cabbage, stew meat and chicken – into three types of meatballs. It is a natural product, gluten-free and preservative-free, very tasty, and comes ready to serve or can be customised to the chef's taste. This product is ideal for the restaurant industry, it enables the consistent delivery of a highly popular dish always prepared to the highest standard, quickly with minimal waste.

    ORIGEN 100X100 – Premium potato and onion omelette base (Stand A116)

    The premium potato and onion omelette base is an advanced solution for professional kitchens seeking optimal efficiency without compromising on quality. This product is made with selected potatoes and onions, cooked to perfection. The potatoes and onions are vacuum cooked to preserve their texture, flavour and properties. It is a natural product, free from preservatives and gluten, which saves time and costs in professional kitchens. It is an effective solution to the current challenge of a lack of skilled labour in the catering industry, offering consistency and reliable quality.

    COC & DELICATESSEN – Octopus fritter (Stand B45

    Artisanal octopus fritter with an intense, authentic flavour offers the essence of the sea in every bite. Its light, fluffy batter, made from a combination of flour, egg and butter, is fried in sunflower oil to achieve its crispy and golden colour. Garlic, fresh parsley and a touch of hot paprika add aromatic nuances that enhance the freshness of the octopus. Ideal to enjoy as a refined appetiser, in tapas or tasting menus, and an exquisite accompaniment to seafood dishes or Mediterranean rice dishes.

    CAN GARÚS – "El Huerto del Chef" (Stand A108)

    “El Huerto del Chef” is much more than a vegetable garden: it’s a green revolution for professional cuisine. We grow fresh, living plants, 100% free of plastics and chemicals, reaching the chef with maximum flavour, texture and nutritional value. Our cultivation system reduces water use and eliminates the use of pesticides, offering a sustainable, living and locally sourced product. Each plant is presented with its roots intact, staying fresh until the moment of service and reducing food waste, because the future of cooking is green.

    BOALÀ FINGERLIME – (Stand A26)

    Boalà fingerlime is the global leader in fresh packaging of vegetable pearls from fruit of Microcitrus australasica (finger lime), offering a natural product free from preservatives or colourings. This product has been cultivated in Spain according to the 'zero waste' philosophy for 15 years and is 100% natural. These pearls are a culinary condiment that contain citrus juice, with the bite, bursts carefully, releasing flavour, aroma and acidity at just the right moment, enhancing the flavour of the raw ingredients complement: fish, sushi, seafood, salads, fruit and drinks (cava, beer, gin tonics). The product is available in three colours, each one with different level of acidity, obtained by harvesting the fruit at different stages of ripeness: unripe (yellow, very acidic), ripe (salmon colour, medium acidity) and very ripe (red colour, low acidity).

    COC & DELICATESSEN – Buñuelo de Pulpo (Stand B45)
