Guia Augusta 2027 presents its second edition with the aim of continuing to promote, defend and showcase Catalan cuisine and the establishments that champion it throughout Catalonia.
It is an independent guide, produced from anonymous visits by a team of 35 reviewers and contributors. Inclusion is completely free of charge, and the guide does not use rankings or scores.
