Go Zero Waste : Redefining Restoration without waste

He project pilot Go Zero Waste proposes a change of model in the HORECA sector: replacing the containers disposable for solutions reusable that reduce environmental impact from the source . Based on the principles of the circular economy , this one model shows that circularity is not only matter of materials , but of one new paradigm of responsible production and consumption , with the aim of prioritizing local and seasonal products.
