Collective Catering: how to create a more sustainable and healthier food model?

 Organized within the framework of the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, the conference “Collective Catering: How to Create a More Sustainable and Healthy Food Model?” seeks to foster dialogue on the current food system — addressing the sector’s economic and social context, legal frameworks, practical and successful case studies, as well as the promotion of research and training programs.

The event, which will take place over four hours of presentations and thematic sessions, is organized by the Torribera Mediterranean Center (TMC), a joint initiative of the University of Barcelona and the Culinary Institute of America.
