Organized within the framework of the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, the conference “Collective Catering: How to Create a More Sustainable and Healthy Food Model?” seeks to foster dialogue on the current food system — addressing the sector’s economic and social context, legal frameworks, practical and successful case studies, as well as the promotion of research and training programs.
