Biography
He was co-founder and co-director of the
EspaiSucre dessert and catering school. In 2020, he embarked on a solo project
called Çuina in Mexico City, where he offers
signature pastries, a gourmet restaurant and an academy. He is also at the helm of two other ventures: Hasta el cuerno and Gelatoscopio.
