    Biography

    Tenured professor at the CETT-UB Campus of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy. Expert in cuisine, gastronomy and culinary trends. Culinary technician, graduate in tourism, master's degree in innovation in culinary and gastronomic heritage tourism management. Director of the interdisciplinary degree in culinary and gastronomic sciences, teaching at the Food Campus of the University of Barcelona and at the CETT-UB Campus. Academic coordinator, on behalf of CETT-UB, of the Interuniversity Degree (UB-UVIC) in food systems design, with ELISAVA and CETT. Delegate in Catalonia for EuroToques, an international organisation of chefs that brings together more than 3,500 chefs from 18 countries. Co-coordinator of the Degree in Design for Food Systems.
