Biography
The daughter and granddaughter of pork butchers and charcutiers from Ponts, she grew up behind the counter, where she worked from the age of 14 until she was 62. She learnt the trade from her father, her mother and, above all, her grandmothers. She remains connected to the sector as a communicator and contributor to the media through @blaudieta, a platform dedicated to the charcuterie trade with a large following. She carries the charcuterie trade in her heart and soul.
