Sergi Vela

Biography

He trained at the Escola de Pastisseria del Gremi in Barcelona. He currently combines his work as a lecturer at the Escola d'Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona (EHTB) with courses, lectures and demonstrations both nationally and internationally.
