Biography

Director of the Coma de Meià Foundation, whose mission is to preserve and promote Catalonia's eco-agro-cultural and gastronomic heritage, while promoting sustainability and rural development. They work to revitalise rural areas, building bridges between nature, gastronomy and Catalan culture.
