Biography
He is currently head pastry chef for the Nandu Jubany group, although he has worked in restaurants such as Cocina Hermanos Torres, Alkimia and ViaVeneto. In 2007, he won the first edition of The Best Dessert of Restaurant competition.
He also teaches at the Barcelona Institute of Gastronomy.
