After working at prestigious haute cuisine restaurants in Milan, London and Paris, he joined Martín Berasategui's team in 2003 and in 2012 was appointed Head Chef at the three-Michelin-starred Lasarte. His professional career is characterised by his commitment, perseverance, hard work and passion for cooking.
