Biography
Moha Quach (1990) is the chef and creator of El Terrat: by Quach (Tarragona), winner of the 2025 Revelation Award of Catalonia by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy and Nutrition. His restaurant has been awarded a Repsol Sun and is recommended by the Michelin Guide and the Macarfi Guide. His creative Mediterranean cuisine blends the heritage of ancient Tarraco with Catalan tradition and a deeply personal sensibility.Sessions
