    Biography

    A graduate in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Centre, she completed several internships at prestigious restaurants. In 2016, she took on the role of head chef at Les Cols alongside her mother, Fina Puigdevall, to continue the project that began in 1990.
