Biography
(La Garriga, 1982) is a chef by trade and vocation. She has worked for over twenty-five years in kitchens of all kinds and conditions in restaurants in Catalonia, Spain and France. Today she lives, cooks and writes in a village of three hundred inhabitants surrounded by nature in Osona. Her keyboard is always covered in crumbs. She has written Cocina o Barbarie (Ara Llibres, 2022) and ¡Quemo! (Columna, 2024), two culinary and literary phenomena. She is a regular contributor to El matí de Catalunya Ràdio, Tot es mou on TV3 and a columnist for the newspaper El País. She has launched Cuian Salvatge on the digital content platform 3Cat and can always be found making noise on social media.Sessions
