Biography
Author, editor and
journalist from Rome, he studied in Siena and, from 1997 to 2009, worked at Gambero
Rosso, on the editorial staff of Rai Sat's Gambero Rosso channel and as editor of the
Italian Restaurant Guide. He was director and CEO of Slow Food Editore, where
he also edited the Osterie d'Italia guide until 2022. He currently directs
Illustrated Books at Giunti Editore and founded the publishing house Topic.
