    Biography

    En 1999 comenzó su andadura profesional al frente de la cocina del restaurante familiar. Aprendió en grandes cocinas como Gaig, Sant Pau o Martín Berasategui. Con pasión por el producto y por las raíces, elabora una cocina tradicional actualizada.

At the end of the session, there will be a tasting of the dishes prepared.
