Agricultural Engineer with over twenty years at the Ministry of Agriculture, leading change in the agri-food sector as Director General of Food since 2018. He promoted the Food Chain Law, the National Food Strategy, and a plan to boost Spanish gastronomy as a cultural, economic, and social driver.
