Biography

The new project by the Roca brothers, awarded Best of the Best Restaurants ad eternum and with 3 Michelin stars, is the Fontané restaurant, where they pay tribute to their mother with Catalan cuisine. Fontané is located in the main dining room of the Hotel Esperit Roca, at the highest point of the Castle of Sant Juliià de Ramis.
