Co-presenter of TV3's Cuines programme, this chef and pastry chef trained in the finest kitchens (Michel Guérard, Paolo Casagrande and Martín Berasategui) and has been running her own restaurant since 2022, where she prepares traditional, locally sourced cuisine.
