Enric Bordas Santacreu is a prominent baker and pastry chef from Viladecans, a third-generation member of the Bordas family leading the Santacreu bakery and pastry shop, renowned for its artisanal approach and quality. Since 2015, he has been managing the business, strengthening its reputation in baking, pastry, and café services. In addition, he serves as Vice President of the Bakers’ Guild of the Province of Barcelona and is a member of the Board of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, representing Group 7 (food sector), combining tradition, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in the industry.Sessions
