Biography
Second generation restaurateurs, who joined the restaurant in the 1960s alongside his wife Maribel, after training at various hospitality schools.
In the 1970s, the young couple decided to open a restaurant, a Catalan farmhouse located in a strategic area, at the foot of the motorway connecting Barcelona and France with the Costa Brava. Thus, in May 1978, Els Tinars was inaugurated, which would eventually establish itself as a landmark for lovers of Catalan cuisine.
