InnoForum Awards
These awards aim to recognise the innovation that the foodservice industry and artisan food producers bring to gastronomy, as well as contributing to social responsibility and having a positive impact on food production.
The awards are divided into seven categories:
• Most innovative product
• Most innovative technology
• Most sustainable product
• Most creative and sustainable packaging
• Most original flavour in sweet foods
• Most original flavour in savoury foods
• Most original flavour in beverages
A total of 22 products have been submitted for the Innofòrum 2025 awards.
