I began my career with Mario Sandoval (2 Michelin stars) at Coque. With 14 years of experience as Head and Executive Chef, I managed several international restaurants. For the past 7 years, I have researched the connection between gastronomy and nutrition, creating over 1,200 healthy, visually appealing dishes adapted to various medical conditions at the University Clinic of Navarra.Sessions
