Sandra Ornelas

Biography

Sandra Ornelas is a Mexican pastry chef based in Spain. She trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and with Philippe Rigollot. Since 2013, she has worked as a chef trainer for L'École Valrhona in Spain, leading the Iberian market.
