He studied at the Cambrils Institute of Hospitality and Tourism and last May 2025 was named best student in his field at the prestigious Lladonosa awards. He has completed internships at Casa Marcial, Ricard Camarena and El Celler de Can Roca. He has also worked at El Cup Vell in Tarragona.Sessions
