Jaume Montanyà, trained as a chef at the Hofmann School of Hotel Management in Barcelona, forms the team of La Gastronòmica.
Together with Clara Antúnez they are La Gastronòmica, a company of exciting enogastronomic experiences that combines wine, cooking and health.
