They call him the charcuterie wizard. The third generation of a century-old sausage factory, he opened Corte Charcutería in 2022, where he makes spianattas, "pancetas", "culatellos", "guanciale","morcillas", "chorizos"... which are also served in some of Argentina's finest restaurants.
