He has been working as a maître d' and head waiter for over 35 years. He has worked in the best restaurants and with the best chefs. He was head waiter and partner at Fermí Puig and currently manages the dining room at Fonda Balmes. He was recognised for his exemplary career with the Best Head Waiter Award at the 2020 National Gastronomy Awards of the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy.Sessions
